I provide safe, nurturing, and reliable childcare where children can grow into their true selves.
By integrating Positive Discipline—grounded in psychology and neuroscience—I help children develop:

while encouraging confidence and independence.
Parents can also add on Mini Coaching sessions, where I support you in reflecting on parenting challenges and share Positive Discipline tools to guide you toward a more intentional and values-based parenting style.
Age Range
Certified in childcare for ages 0–8 (infants, toddlers, and elementary school). With preparation, I may also support middle school children—please contact me to discuss your child’s needs.
Location
Based in Tokyo, Japan. Travel to other areas may be possible depending on availability (surcharge may apply for long commutes).

Mini Parent Coaching (Consultation & Reflection): +¥2,500/30 min

A dedicated 3-hour adventure designed around your child’s unique interests. Blending fun and excitement with opportunities for curiosity, exploration, and growth.

Policies
Babysitting
Overtime: +¥500/hr (calculated in 15-min increments)
Transportation: Client covers round-trip fare. +¥1,000 surcharge for travel over 1 hour one-way.
Payment: Bank transfer, after each session (unless otherwise agreed).
Cancellation: Day before = 50% of fee. Same-day / no-show = 100%
Curiosity Outings
Fee: ¥12,000 / 3 hours, all-inclusive
Sibling plan: ¥18,000 / 2 children max
Payment: Prepayment required to secure your child’s spot

Light meal preparation may be included, depending on the situation. Please let me know your needs in advance so we can confirm.
Overnight babysitting is not part of my standard services. However, in certain circumstances — such as family travel, overnight trips, or when parents are away and need support at home—I may be able to offer it.
Because overnight care is a bigger responsibility, I only consider it once I’ve built a strong and trusting relationship with the family. Availability, comfort level, and clear agreements about schedules and expectations are discussed in advance.
Yes! Nearby outings are included in babysitting.

Your child’s well-being is my top priority. To ensure safe and positive experiences during outings, I follow these guidelines:
Small group size: Outings are limited to one child (or two siblings) to ensure focused supervision.
Destination selection: I choose only safe, age-appropriate places (parks, libraries, museums, local spots) and avoid crowded or unsuitable areas.
Transportation: We travel by walking or public transportation only. No private cars or bicycles are used.
Public facilities: I supervise bathroom use closely and choose clean, child-friendly facilities. I carry hand sanitizer, tissues, and wipes to support hygiene.
Preparedness: I always carry emergency contact information, a first-aid kit, water, and extra essentials.
Trust & readiness: Outings are only offered once a trusting relationship with the family has been established.
This way, parents can feel reassured that each outing is designed with both safety and curiosity in mind.
